Day 262: Ate A Cheeseburger

A couple of months ago, for one of my random acts, I passed out free cheeseburgers to people for one of my random acts of kindness.  I never thought that cheeseburgers would be involved in another one of my acts, but alas, it is today.  For those that don't know, today in the US is National Cheeseburger Day.  What does that entail?  I'm not really sure actually.  Maybe everyone is just supposed to go out and gorge themselves with cheeseburgers, but that doesn't really sound too exciting (or healthy) to me.  If I am going to celebrate one of these "national day" days, I want to at least have them be meaningful or help out someone.  Luckily, I was able to find a large chain doing just that.  In celebration of National Cheeseburger Day, Five Guys and Foursquare have teamed up with Feeding America to raise funds to help feed hungry people here in the States.  All you need to do is go to your local Five Guys restaurant, order a cheeseburger, and check-in at the location on Foursquare.  For every check-in, Kraft Foods will be donating a meal to one of Feeding America's foodbanks.  So today, for my random act of kindness, I will be eating a cheeseburger, thus allowing someone in need to get a meal.  CHEEZBORGER CHEEZBORGER CHEEZBORGER!!!!
