Day 217: Cleaned Up The Beach

Lindsey and I joined our friends for a getaway to a friend's cottage in New Buffalo, Michigan. It will be nice to relax, grill out and soak some rays up on the beach for 36 hours. We are going to enjoy some food and drink down on the beach, and will definitely end up leaving a wake of destruction behind us (I am basing this on any other time 16 of us have been together in one setting). Although I know that everyone would do their part to clean up our area, I am going to take it upon myself to do so. So today, for my random act of kindness, I am going to clean up both our area at the beach and any surrounding areas where there is garbage.  Now it is time for me to get in that cool ocean water and show my friends that they are in the presence of a swimmer on par with Phelps and Lochte.
